The Browntown Diversity Consulting team provides an array of business and workforce solutions that focus on diversity & inclusion polices and compliance goals. We utilize nationally recognized “Best Practice” techniques to assist in the design, implementation, management, and review of innovative M/W/DBE programs that comply with federal, state and local program guidelines. These programs are designed to create level playing fields for M/W/DBEs and diverse workforces in public as well as private contracting.
